Our Steak & Eggs Skillet arrives with two eggs, breakfast potatoes, toast, and a choice of filet or skirt steak. The Sweet Potato Skillet takes a different route, combining scrambled egg whites, sweet potato hash, chicken sausage, red and yellow peppers, cheddar cheese, and whole wheat toast.
